Braeden Constructions has been awarded the Master Builders Association, National Builder of the Year in an awards ceremony held at Parliament House, Canberra in November, 2010. They also won National House of the Year for 2010.

It is the first time that a Sunshine Coast builder has won this prestigious award. From over 5,000 nominations Australia-wide, Braeden Constructions has been judged as providing the best quality, value for money and professional service in the custom-build home market. They also won overall Home of the Year for Queensland for 2010.
